Redeem a voucher
A voucher turns into a subscription without a payment relationship — useful where cards do not work, or where a card statement showing a VPN purchase would itself be a problem.
Where to enter it
In the app: open AxonVPN, choose I have a code, and type it in. It has to be there rather than here, because redeeming binds the code to the device doing it — which is what stops a code being spent twice.
A code looks like ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS. It never contains the letter O or the digit 0, so if you are
unsure which one you are reading, it is the letter.
If a code will not take, write to support@axonvpn.com with the code and we will tell you what state it is in.
